Today we have increasingly poor nutrition and diets and this, combined with stress and pollution, can increase the risks of a variety of illnesses and obesity. The World Health Organisation has classified obesity as a chronic disease and says that it is set to overtake some of the more traditional causes of ill health.

As your personal wellness consultant I will help you to work towards your wellness goals. I will design a personalised lifestyle programme to include:

·         Personal nutrition
·         Weight management
·         Stress and relaxation
·         Healthy eating plans
Your initial consultation will consist of a wellness evaluation after which I will work out a personalised plan of action for you and will include a short follow-up appointment to discuss the plan. £45.00
Follow-up consultations (one to one or telephone) - £15.00 - £25.00, depending on the type of programme involved.
